None doesn't kill a person. I have six semi-automatic rifles sitting in my home right now. I have two lever-action Henry repeating rifles. I have about six or seven handguns. Not a single one of them are going to get up and do anything to anybody. It is a person that has criminal intent, a desire to hurt someone, that can take any tool that they would use to commit an assault.
