I've lived long enough to have known a lot of smart people over the years. I can't remember a single one of them ever bragging about being "high IQ" or pointing to an accomplished uncle as evidence that they were smart. However, I've certainly heard a lot of hopelessly stupid people saying such things.
Prayer
Dear God, thank You for the privilege of prayer. Help me to never take it for granted, and may I always remain diligent in seeking You through prayer. Teach me to pray with others in unity and faith, so that we may grow stronger together. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
